		<description>I believe that the cost of living has increased dramatically. My parents constantly remind me that I earn more than them without my degree than they did as a graduate. I also politely remind them that their degrees were paid for by the government so they didn&#039;t start their working careers with a 15K+ debt. I also remind them that the 1st house they bought brand new (it was a spec home) was 2 times their annual income, whereas I&#039;ll be looking at a minimum 8 times for the exact same house being 20+ years old now.</description>
